Welcome to the website of the association “Humanitarna organizacija Čin dobrote” (Actus Bonitatis, hereinafter: the Organization). By using this website you accept these Terms of Use and the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. The Organization may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is always published on this page.

1. Purpose of the website

The website informs the public about the Organization’s work, its humanitarian campaigns, the ways you can help, and membership and cooperation. The website does not sell products or services and does not charge visitors for anything.

2. Using the website

Use the website lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt its operation. Attempting unauthorized access to the website, its server or data is not allowed, nor is using the website in a way that could harm the Organization or other visitors.

3. Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep all information on the website accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that it is complete and error free at all times. We may change, add to or remove content without prior notice.

4. Donations

The website does not process payments and does not collect payment card data. You make money donations yourself, at a bank, a post office or in your mobile banking app, to the Organization’s account published on the donation page. The IPS QR code on the website only fills in the payment details in your app; you confirm the payment yourself.

• All payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD).
• Before confirming a payment, check the amount, the account number and the payment purpose.
• If you state in the payment purpose who the donation is for, we direct the funds according to your wish. If you write only “Donacija”, the Organization decides where the funds are needed most.
• The Organization is not responsible for technical problems with banks or mobile banking apps.

If you made a payment by mistake, for example the wrong amount, write to us at actushumanitarnaorganizacija@gmail.com and attach the payment confirmation. After checking, we return the funds to the account the payment came from.

We accept donations of goods by arrangement, so we can match them to current needs. The Organization may decline items that are damaged, past their use-by date or not suited to the needs of the people we help.

5. Membership fee

The membership fee is 300 dinars per month and is paid to the Organization’s account. New members are approved by the Assembly of the association, in accordance with its Statute.

6. Communication

We communicate with visitors, donors and partners by email, phone, social networks and notices published on the website. We consider electronic communication a valid form of communication.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logo and design of the website belong to the Organization or to those who have given it the right to use them. Partner and donor logos belong to their owners. We welcome sharing our news and photos to spread our humanitarian campaigns, with a mention of the source. Website content may not be used for commercial or misleading purposes without our consent.

9. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Links to other websites

The website contains links to social networks, Google Maps and partner websites. The Organization is not responsible for the content, security or privacy policies of those websites.

11. Limitation of liability

The Organization is not liable for any damage that may result from using the website or the information published on it, or for the website being temporarily unavailable.

12. Governing law

The use of this website and the interpretation of these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Sremska Mitrovica.
